This website www.nexgard.com.mx (hereinafter the “Website”) is operated by Boehringer Ingelheim companies in Mexico (hereinafter the “BI”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”). 
BI may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time by informing the users of the Website (the “Users”) about the modifications to the Terms and Conditions in reasonable advance so that the Users know them and become familiar with them. BI, through the Website, will ask Users to accept the new Terms and Conditions.

The Website is intended to provide information regarding the NexGard family of products, owned by BI.

Users who choose to access the Website from other countries will do so on their own initiative, and it is their responsibility to abide by applicable local laws. 

Your access to the Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Website, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms of our Privacy Notice for AH, which you may find on this Website. The User accepts that he/she will not be able to create an account for anyone other than the User.

The registration of Users on the Website must be made by adults only.

In order to access personalized content, the User must log in with the password he or she created at the time of registration, which will allow personalized, confidential and secure access to the Website.
